The science lab serves the entire school and is staffed by a science resource teacher. Students in primary grades visit the science lab, courtyard, and exploratory gardens for a variety of science and engineering experiences.

In addition, the science lab houses materials and equipment that can be checked out by classroom teachers to enrich class-based science experiences. The science resource teacher also provides professional development and support to the classroom science teachers.
