Dr. Easa grew up in central Florida and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Education from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL. She began her career teaching in Fairfax County Public Schools in 2000. She taught Kindergarten and 6th grade at Fairhill Elementary and was the Assistant Principal at Westgate Elementary. From 2010 – 2016 she was the Principal at Westgate Elementary in the Tysons Corner area of Fairfax County. She earned her master’s and doctoral degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is passionate about student learning, data driven instruction, and building a collaborative culture.
Mr. Cooper is a native of Pittsburgh, PA where he attended Duquesne University for a Bachelors in Music. After moving to Virginia and beginning his teaching career in General Music for FCPS, he attended George Mason University for his M.Ed in School Leadership. Mr. Cooper was previously the Assistant Principal at Fort Belvoir Primary School and is passionate about the importance of primary year’s education and achievement, 21st century learning and diversity in schools.
Ms. Davis grew up in West Virginia and completed her undergraduate studies at West Virginia University. She is certified in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Reading Recovery. After moving to Virginia, she earned her Masters in Education Leadership and Administration at George Mason University. Ms. Davis began her career with Fairfax County Public Schools over twenty years ago. She enjoys reading, swimming, and spending time with her family. Ms. Davis looks forward to working with Bailey's community this year!
