Check out what our incredible second-grade multilingual learners (MLs) have been working on at Bailey's Primary. Our MLs have participated in an international exchange program, Unidos por las aves, learning all about North American birds in the process and engaging with Nicaraguan student counterparts. They also delved into birds' migration, the dangers they face, their life cycles, and much more. They then used this knowledge to create a museum where they were the experts, titled "Our Feathered Friends Museum." Take some time to discover all the activities they ran, like interactive games, listening to bird songs, drawing colorful birds, and even trying to be a disco DJ bird. You'll also get to enjoy enchanting shadow puppet shows and learn all about these fascinating feathered friends!
